[Important] Notice of Service Termination
Greeting Leaders,
This is the Civilization: Eras & Allies Team.
From the very first territory claimed to the massive alliances built across our world, it has been an incredible honor to watch you lead your civilizations to glory. This is the Civilization: Eras & Allies Team, and we are writing to you today with a heavy heart.
While we have cherished every moment spent developing this world alongside you, we must inform you that after careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to conclude service for Civilization: Eras & Allies.
We are deeply grateful for the passion and dedication you’ve shown us. Before the final horn sounds, we want to ensure you have all the information regarding our final months together.
1. Service Termination Date
The service for The Civilization: Eras & Allies will officially terminate on:
June 30, 2026 (23:59 UTC+9)
After this time, the game will no longer be accessible.
2.1 Key Schedule
The service termination process will proceed as follows:
- April 14, 2026 (14:00 UTC+9): Official announcement and suspension of all in-game purchases.
- Note: While purchases are suspended, we invite you to continue enjoying the world of Eras & Allies with your fellow Leaders until the very end.
- June 30, 2026 (23:59 UTC+9): Official end of service and server shutdown.
- September 30, 2026 (23:59 UTC+9): Final deadline for refund applications.
2.2 Content Updates and Server Merges until Service Termination
Following the maintenance on April 14, 2026, the game will no longer be updated with new content or events.
Server A109 (launched March 26) will remain in Season 1 until the service terminates on June 30, 2026. All other servers will continue to merge into the next season or campaign season as scheduled until the end of service.
3. Refunds
The detailed explanation of the refund procedures will be provided in a separate notice.
We sincerely thank all Leaders for the incredible support you have shown the game. From the fierce battles you have fought to the unbreakable alliances you have formed, it has been an honor to watch your stories unfold in this world. We hope you have enjoyed the game thus far, and we look forward to your continued support in the future.

[Important] Refund Notice
Greeting Leaders,
This is the Civilization: Eras & Allies Team. Following our announcement regarding the end of game service, we would like to provide detailed information regarding the refund process for unused paid currency.
1. Service Termination Schedule
- April 14, 2026 (14:00 UTC+9): Official announcement and suspension of all in-game purchases.
- Note: While purchases are suspended, we invite you to continue enjoying the world of Eras & Allies with your fellow Leaders until the very end.
- June 30, 2026 (23:59 UTC+9): Official end of service and server shutdown.
- September 30, 2026 (23:59 UTC+9): Final deadline for refund applications.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be provided exclusively for unused paid virtual currency (Diamonds) held at the time of service termination.
2.1 Eligible Transactions
Refunds will be provided for:
- Unused paid virtual currency only (60 Diamond = 1 USD)
Not eligible:
- Free or bonus currency
- Used or consumed items
- Fully utilized transactions
2.2 Refund Application Period
This refers to the period during which the user can submit the application for refund.
- April 14, 2026 (14:00 UTC+9) – September 30, 2026 (23:59 UTC+9)
2.3 Refund Processing Period
This refers to the period during which the refund will be processed by 2K Games Inc.
- July 1, 2026 onwards
2.4 Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer only.
3. Refund Application Procedures
To request a refund, please complete the Official Refund Application Form.
- Verification: All account details and Diamond balances will be verified by the Civilization Era & Allies Team.
- Calculation: Final refund amounts will be calculated based on the balance remaining after service ends on June 30, 2026.
- Estimated Wait Times:
- Applications submitted before June 30: Processing will take approximately 2–3 weeks starting from July 1, 2026.
- Applications submitted after June 30: Processing will take approximately 2–4 weeks from the date of submission.
4. Important Notes
- Account: If you have multiple accounts (e.g., accounts across different servers) under the same login ID, you only need to submit one refund application for said login ID.
- Accuracy: Please ensure all banking and account information is accurate. Incorrect details may lead to significant delays or the rejection of your request.
- Eligibility: Only transactions verified as "Paid" are eligible for reimbursement.
- Communication: Should we encounter issues with your application, our personnel will contact you via your registered contact method for clarification.
